We support students and families with a wide range of services that make school life smoother, healthier, and more enriching—from nutritious meals and full-time health support to tutoring, counseling, and deeply rooted community partnerships.
Tutoring & Summer Programs
We offer targeted academic support to help every student stay on track and soar—during the school year and beyond.
- After-school tutoring for grades 2–5, one day a week (October–December and February–April)
- Summer school in June for grades 2–5, focused on reading and math skill review
Food Services
Nutritious meals including fresh fruit and vegetables are served daily, with free breakfast and lunch available to all enrolled students.
Counseling
Students have access to school-based counseling and emotional support services that promote mental wellness and resilience.
- Step2 Program: Social emotional program that teaches students character education. Partnership with LiveUp a behavior health service.
Health & Dental
On-site and mobile health services help keep students thriving and ready to learn.
- School health office staffed by two health professionals
- Mobile Dentist visits twice a year
- 3rd Street Clinic provides in-school services and referrals for medical, dental, immunizations, and mental health—free to families
- Little Eye See (Ohio Eye See) provides free eye exams and glasses
Transportation

Family Resources
We connect families with helpful resources and strong community support.
- Free school supplies and backpacks donated by Altrusa and other local organizations
- Coats donated by local partners
- Roseland Neighborhood Watch provides holiday support, including toys and Thanksgiving dinners for selected families
- Walmart donates musical instruments
- Hygiene packets for parents
- Day care transportation drop-offs provided by Mansfield City Schools at: Friendly House, Little Blessings, First Assembly, YMCA, and Fran’s Daycare
- Raffle giveaways and event donations from the broader Mansfield community
- Free meals provided to families by request every Friday
