Kindergarten Screening

June 18, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are now enrolling for the 2018-19 school year.  All children must attend screening before school begins.  Screenings will be by appointment on June 18, 2018 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and June 19, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  There will be a speech therapist at the school as part of the screening team.  Please call Foundation Academy to set up your child’s screening: (419) 526-9540.
